Coaching is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counselling. The coaching process addresses your specific personal goals. These goals may be oriented towards career, relationships, family, personal matters, well-being or life balance.

Yes. I’m a credentialed coach with the Association for Coaching and work to their ethical and professional standards. I also commit to ongoing learning, supervision, and reflective practice to continually evolve and grow in this work.

I am a Holistic Well-being Life Coach and a Certified Yoga Teacher, which means I work with you are, not what you do. I combine my skills to offer an approach to coaching which includes mind and body practices, breathwork techniques and movement.

As an Association for Coaching credentialed coach, I work with the ethical coaching standards and continue to learn and develop through ongoing education and training.
